Digital Learning
With the advent of apps and web tools, the world of digital learning has grown exponentially in the last decade. Teachers can do things today which were impossible just a few years ago. We now have cloud storage for documents with collaborative sharing features, interactive whiteboard apps, alternative presentation tools, online assignment submission/grading, and the list goes on and on. Using digital learning resources can only help students get a handle on what faces them in the future. Whether on the job or in college, students will use similar tools once they leave high school. Providing opportunities for students to experience commons types of applications and web tools will help them develop the 21st Century skills which colleges and companies are expecting.
